Delivery
Delivery is £2.50 for orders under £25.00. Orders over are delivered free of charge, within UK mainland unless otherwise stated. Delivery will normally be made within 14days of receipt of your order. You will always be notified by e mail when your order has been dispatched and when to expect delivery. Any items that normally fall out of the 5-10 day delivery will be detailed within the item description. There will be an additional delivery cost for outwith UK of £4.00.
Damaged Goods
If you receive your goods and they are damaged or faulty in any way, you must notify us within 48hrs of receipt, we will then resolve this matter to your satisfaction.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 14 days but you will also be liable for any shipping fees as a result of the cancellation and the item must be returned unused in the original packaging unopened.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Credit / Debit Card Security
Card payments are processed securely online by Nochex , an established, independent and secure service. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are verified and processed online by Nochex. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Security Measures
No credit card transactions take place on this site. Upon proceeding to the credit checkout, the customer is redirected to a secure server hosted by Nochex , the security of which can be verified with reference to the "locked padlock" icon displayed on the web browser. Customer credit card details are processed exclusively on Nochex's secure system, they do not leave this secure system at any point. Consequently, credit card details are not sent to Fitbo Ltd and will not be stored in any form on our premises.
